Worsted weight is now considered 4 - Medium and is ideal for working up afghans.

This 2-ply worsted weight alpaca yarn is made from alpacas located and raised here on our farm. DD Hotazel's Peruvian Puck (black and white suri) and Stony of Rush Acres Farm (white huacaya) compliment each other wonderfully in this beautiful, soft yarn. This yarn has a smooth, buttery handle and is so, so, so soft! Because of the suri, there is some weight to this yarn so it would be perfect for "drapey" things like scarves and shawls!
